Reminders
- Residents who failed to register or residents who registered yet failed to show up at HTD, will have their irresponsible behaviour recorded for Warden's due evaluation about their eligibility for hall residence at hall admission in the following year.
- Residents who failed to register by the deadline of the Registration will NOT be granted access for attending HTD on the night.
- As a heavily subsidised hall function, no request for refund for absence from HTD will be entertained.
During Registration Period
Register at HTD Registration System to indicate you attendance:
- For those who will ATTEND: click "I shall attend" in the System, and
select the main course desired.
- For those who are UNABLE TO ATTEND: click "Apply for absence" in the System and explain the reasons.
On the night of HTD
- dress up properly
- be on time to attend the cocktail
- present your Student Card for beeping to get access into the Dining Hall
