Ms Claudia Cheung, Executive Director of the K. Wah Group, and six colleagues visited the School and its facilities. 15 February – Zhejiang University, Zhejiang, China
Led by Professor Wu Ping, Vice President (External Affairs) of Zhejiang University, a delegation of six members visited the School. Other delegation members included Professor Chen Ling, Vice Dean of the School of Management, Professor Zhou Ling-qiang, Head of the Tourism Department, Professor Wang Wan-fei, Associate Head of the Tourism Department, Professor Zou Yi-min, Director of the Institute of Hospitality Management, and Dr Du Hung, Director of the Zhejiang University-Hong Kong Polytechnic University International Executive Development Centre.

The SHTM hosted a visit for a six-member delegation from Huaqiao University, including Professor Zhu Qihuan, Vice President, Professor Zeng Lu, Assistant President, Professor Zhen Xiang-min, Director of the Tourism School, Xiang Shi-min, Director of Public Relations, Mr Huang Qing-shan, Associate Director of Human Resources, and Mr Sun Hui-xuan, Chief of the Office of Huaqiao University in Hong Kong.
