Short Description
Dr Qinbiao Li (Research ID: AAI-1977-2021; ORCID: 0000-0003-3858-0736; Scopus ID: 57212447149) is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering, at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HKSAR. Before joining AAE, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained his B. Eng and M. Eng degrees from Shandong University in China in 2017 and 2020. He received his PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2024 and exchanged to Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, over three months during his PhD programme.
Dr Li has devoted to theoretical and computational studies on Human factors engineering in aviation, advanced neuro-ergonomics cognitive modelling, ‘human-centred’ intelligent transportation systems, brain-computer interaction, neuro networks and AI-driven applications. He has (co-)authored leading international SCI-indexed journals, including Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Advanced Engineering Informatics, Knowledge-Based Systems, Chinese Journal of Aeronautics, and International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, among others.
