Ir Wing Kee (Ricky) LEUNG holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) Degree from the University of Hong Kong. Having possessed more than 40 years of work experience in engineering field, Ir Leung is the Executive Director, Engineering & Technology at Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK). With his professional Civil and Structural Engineering qualifications and memberships at Vocational Training Council; Construction Industry Council; Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre Limited, Ir Leung oversees AAHK’s engineering and technology development; manages AAHK’s assets; and executes engineering and technology projects. With his profound knowledge and superb project management skills, Ir Leung has made tremendous contributions and spearheaded the completion of various development projects at Hong Kong International Airport.
