Abstract Submission

Submission Deadline: 31 May 2024

1) Preparing an Abstract

• Abstract should adhere to the style and formatting requirements in the following template: Download here
• Abstract should not exceed one A4 page, including figure(s)/table(s) and references, with a maximum of 300 words for the main text.
• Main text should be with single line spacing.
• References should be in American Medical Association (AMA) style.
• The file name of the abstract should be in this format:

(Name)_(symposium).docx (e.g. J. Doe_Energy storage.docx)

 2) Submitting an Abstract

• Submit your abstract to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• Select your preferred type of presentation (Keynote, Invited, Oral, Poster)
• Select your preferred symposium (please see the list of symposia)

3) Review and Acceptance Process

• The conference eam will review and assess the submission from time to time, the outcome of your submission will be released by email from 1 Dec 2023.
• Selected type of presentation and symposia will be granted whenever possible; conference team reserve the final right to modify arrangements.

 4) Conference Registration

• Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the conference (please see the Registration page for details).
• Presenters not registered by 1 July 2024 will be seen as withdrawing their presentation.
