It has come to our attention that there are companies using PolyU's name, logo, images, PolyU certificates and testing reports, as well as the names and images of PolyU staff members without PolyU's authorisation to endorse BioEm products in some media and social media channels.

PolyU hereby clarifies that the views, information and claims expressed on the above-mentioned channels do not represent those of PolyU. The University has not authorised them to use the above-mentioned PolyU properties. The University has sent a letter to the relevant companies, demanding them to remove the information relating to PolyU immediately. The University accepts no responsibility or liability with regard to the information contained on these platforms.

The University reiterates that, without prior written approval from the University, no individual or company is allowed to make direct or indirect reference to PolyU to endorse commercial products.

PolyU and its wholly-owned subsidiary, PolyU Technology and Consultancy Company Limited, reserve all their rights in this matter.
