Dr. Stephen Chan is an experienced law lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws. He then completed his Postgraduate Certificates in Laws and Master of Laws at the University of Hong Kong. He also obtained his Master of Education and Doctor of Education from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chan has been an examiner of different law papers run by different professional bodies for more than 10 years. He has also published many journal articles and textbooks in many different areas, including business law, company law, banking law and bankruptcy law.
