Listed among the Who’s Who in America in 2010, Prof. Billy Bai Xiu-cheng has been dedicated to the tourism and hospitality industry since the 1980s. His prowess has earned him professional designations, including being a member of the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE), which awarded him the prestigious John Wiley & Sons Lifetime Research Achievement Award in 2015. In his current role at UNLV, he oversees all on-campus master’s degree programmes of the College and represents the College on the Research Leadership Council and Top Tier Graduate Enrollment Management Committee for Graduate Education. Throughout the years, he has served on more than 70 graduate research committees, over 30 of which as Chair.
