Mr Donald Kwok Wing-kin, along with a team of passionate PolyU alumni, created the animated film "Monsoon Blue", which not only won the DigiCon6 ASIA Grand Prize and DigiCon6 ASIA Best Story Award in the Asian Grand Final, but also the Best Animated Short Film Award at the Golden Horse Film Festival 2024. Collaborating with various teams, including Room 307 music professionals, Mr Kwok created fitting background music for the film as well. The accolades earned by “Monsoon Blue” not only represents his personal accomplishments but also reflects the potential of Hong Kong's digital entertainment industry and the international competitiveness of its creative sector, while embodying the unique charm of Hong Kong's culture.
