 FAQ for  "Add Meaning to Your Graduation" campaign

1. What is the purpose of the donation campaign? 

   Thank you for giving back to PolyU. The net proceeds of the donation will be used to support the development of the University and students.  

    

2. Can I donate by cash?
   

   No. We only accept online payment by credit card.
   
   

3. When will I receive the certificate holder?
   

   The certificate holder will be delivered by courier starting from mid-October 2022 or 4-6 weeks after you have submitted the donation.

    

4. When will I receive the donation receipt?  
   

   The donation receipts will be sent to the donors by post starting from December 2022. 

    

5. Is it possible to deliver the certificate holder to an EF locker?  
   

   Please check with SF Express directly. 

    
6. What is the size of the certificate holder?
   

   The size of certificate holder is 440H x 317W (mm/folded). It will be packed inside cartoon box, with size: 450L x 335W x 15H (mm)
