On 16 January 2019, two PolyU alumni and accredited mediators, Mr Eric Ting and Mr Alex Lee, introduced mediation and demonstrated mediation techniques in resolving community disputes through role-play to over 100 alumni.
This alumni workshop was jointly organized by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office of PolyU and the Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations.
