Festive Dinner at Above & Beyond
Priced from HK$1,388 per person, experience Chinese cuisine at its finest to celebrate the festive gatherings accompanied with the breath-taking harbour views. Our Chinese Executive Chef Wong Chi Ki has specially crafted the Winter Solstice set dinner menu (HK$1,388) including Braised Chicken Broth with Bird’s Nest and Turkey, Steamed Lobster in Housemade X.O. Sauce, Roasted Seabass with Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom and more, while the New Year’s Eve set dinner menu ($1,888) features Braised Abalone, Kanto Sea Cucumber and Garden Greens in Superior Oyster Sauce, Double-boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Matsutake Mushrooms and Fish Maw, Duo of Lobster, Double-boiled Bird’s Nest and Egg White with Almond Cream and more – perfect to go with a glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut N.V champagne.
Santa Claus will join the festivities on 24 December during dinner and lunch and dinner sessions on 25 December. On the nights of 24 and 25 December, Segno Acappella will perform in the restaurant, adding to the joyful ambience.
