Shanghai is known as the "Oriental Paris" and "Pearl of China".  As the largest and most prosperous city in the nation, Shanghai is the economic, financial and cultural center.  What make Shanghai particularly attractive are the many different styles of architecture and design throughout the city.  Shanghai has a rich history and culture with more than 70 popular historic and cultural sites.  In Shanghai , there is a rapidly growing new Pudong district, China ¡¦s largest Economic Zone.  It is characterized by its famous landmark, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, and a cluster of newly built skyscrapers.  Shanghai is within 1-2 hours driving distance of the famous garden cities Suzhou and Hangzhou .
 

Aims :

The conference aims to provide a forum for eminent researchers and practitioners working in nonlinear programming and its applications to gather together to report and exchange their latest works.

Conference Tour

The conference tour is arranged to visit the beautiful garden city Suzhou.Suzhou is located in the south of Jiangsu province, some 50 miles west of Shanghai, along the old Grand Canal.  The city has been famous for its gardens for many centuries.  A well-known Chinese proverb says: ¡§In heaven there is paradise.  On earth there are Suzhou and Hangzhou.¡¨
