Biography

Dr. Au has a broad range of research interests, including pro-environmental behaviors, prosocial behaviors, psychological well-being, and the impacts of globalization and acculturation. She employs a comprehensive approach to her research, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. Her scholarly contributions have been recognized through publication in top-tier international journals such as Humanities & Social Sciences Communications, Cultural Diversity & Ethnic Minority Psychology, reflecting the high calibre of her work. She is a Registered Psychologist of the Hong Kong Psychological Society and was a recipient of the PolyU Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme 2022.
