Biography

Dr Mengyu LIU is an empirical social scientist. His research interests include poverty and inequality, mental health, urban sociology, and social policy. His work has been published in renowned international journals, including Urban Studies, Journal of Asian Public Policy, and Journal of Urban Affairs.

 

Dr LIU is a member of the Research Centre for Gerontology and Family Studies. He is participating in the “Jockey Club Age-Friendly Co-creation Project” funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. He also manages the Panel Study of Active Ageing and Society (PAAS).
