Ms Beckie Li was born and educated in Hong Kong. She received her tertiary education in Canada. Before joining PolyU, Ms Li had worked as a journalist and worked for the government.

Ms Li has found her passion in teaching over her years at PolyU. She sees teaching as a calling and is committed to helping students learn and inquire about knowledge and discover, explore and work towards their greatest potential.
