Students to note
- Rules governing the conduct of examinations
- Violation of examination rules
- Absence from examinations
- Wear a mask throughout the examination
- Sit according to seating plan
- Bring Hong Kong ID card and PolyU student card for taking attendance by card readers (in halls)/ mark attendance sheet
- Place personal belongings under your chair
- Turn off all electronic devices and place them under your chair visible to invigilators
- Seek approval for getting personal belongings
- Seek approval for washroom requests and tap the PolyU student card to the card readers (in halls)/ sign log sheet
- No exit before the examination commences
- No exit in the first 30 minutes and last 15 minutes
- No unauthorised materials
- Use of electronic devices (except approved calculators) is not allowed
- No food and drinks inside examination venues
- No cheating/ misconduct
- No access to Blackboard
- No personal belongings (such as pencil case, water bottle and tissue paper) on the desk
