Redevelopment of Blocks VA and VS

To meet the long-term healthcare manpower needs in Hong Kong, the University will be transforming the current Block VA & VS into modern teaching, learning, and research complex. This modern facility will provide additional academic space, including laboratories, offices, and communal facilities.

While preserving the existing amenities, we will enhance and upgrade them to meet the appropriate standard. In addition, a new vehicular entrance will be constructed, seamlessly connecting the heart of the PolyU campus to Chatham Road South.

The construction is scheduled to commence in 2025 with completion targeted for 2030. Throughout the development, we will prioritise innovative and sustainable design to create a vibrant and healthy teaching and learning environment for the PolyU community.
