Prof. Donald Ray Blake

I have been collaborating in one way or another with colleagues at PolyU since the early 1990s. In those days the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering was just starting to flex their muscles on the field. That is no longer the case! Faculty from PolyU publish in the best journals and are major players in urban problems locally (Hong Kong), regionally (GBA), and internationally. I am proud to be associated with PolyU and its talented colleagues who are making air quality better for all of us.
