The First Management Committee Meeting was held on 2 March 2019 at PolyU. During the meeting, the PC first introduced the management rules for the TRS project, which were formulated to ensure the successful implementation of the project. Each task leader then introduced the detailed research plan, collaboration with non-local team members, and recruitment of research personnel for the task. Some important scientific issues, e.g., mix designs of SSC and composition of artificial seawater, were discussed and sorted out during the meeting.
