The RGC Major Projects Steering Committee (MPStC) has considered and approved the request for the following changes of the project:

a. changing the role of Professor Jin-guang Teng in the project team from Project Co-ordinator (PC) to Advisory PC;

b. adding Professor Tao Yu to the project team to assume the post of PC and act as the Task Leader of Task 2 of the project; and

c. changing the role of Professor Jian-guo Dai in the project team from Co-Investigator (Co-I) to Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI), who will act as the Task Leader of Task 5 of the project.
