CEE Entry Scholarships for Outstanding HKDSE Students
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) accords recognition to outstanding HKDSE students admitted to our undergraduate programmes via JUPAS from 2021/22 onwards. Awardees will be granted “CEE Entry Scholarships for Outstanding HKDSE Students” of various amounts, which is partly contributed by CEE alumnus Mr Yau Kwok Fai.
A one-off entry scholarship will be granted to HKDSE admittee(s) with outstanding academic results and financial need. The "best 5" HKDSE subjects will be taken into account.

Granting of the Award
The Department will identify outstanding admittee(s) and notify them of the award after the commencement of the academic year.
Remarks:
- The Extended Mathematics modules will also be taken into account for scholarship consideration.
- For the purpose of calculating the admission scores, HKDSE level attainments will be converted to level points where Level 5**=8.5, 5*=7, 5=5.5, 4=4, 3=3, 2=2, 1=1 and Unclassified=0.
- A student can concurrently hold more than one scholarship administered by the University in an academic year if the total value of scholarships received by him/her does not exceed his/her annual tuition fee payable plus HK$50,000 unless otherwise stipulated.
