Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Jin received his PhD degree in 2024 then appointed as Postdoctoral Fellow in CNERC. His research area is in welding of high strength, which consists of experimental investigation of influence of welding process and heat input on strength and ductility of high strength steel, and finite element modelling on prediction of welded section. Hao finished his master’s degree in PolyU and his research topic at that time was applying Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) for anti-seismic use. A rocking column system with self-centring capability after earthquake load was designed and tested by Hao.
