Dr Parco Siu, Assistant Professor of PolyU’s Department of Health Technology and Informatics, was recently honoured with the 2011 New Investigator Award by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). The award was presented to Dr Siu in the Awards Banquet of the ACSM Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado, US on 3 June. Founded in 1954, ACSM is currently the largest sports medicine and exercise science organization in the world.
