PolyU’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) recently organized the Fourth International Forum on China Hotel Brand Development at its teaching and research hotel, Hotel ICON. Themed "New Vision, New Market and Brand Innovation", the forum provided a platform for industry practitioners and academics to share experience and exchange views.
