PolyU’s Department of Management and Marketing and International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) jointly organized the IACMR Biennial Conference at Hotel Icon between 20 and 24 June. Over 700 scholars from around the world gathered in Hong Kong to present and share cutting-edge knowledge on the latest research on management and organizations in the Chinese context, under the Conference theme “Building Ethical and Sustainable Organizations in China”.

Prior to the Conference was the Distinguished Executive Award Ceremony. Mr Liu Chuanzhi, Chairman of Legend Holdings Ltd and Founder and Honorary Chairman of Lenovo received the prestigious award and shared his insights and stories in leading the world’s second largest PC maker, Lenovo.

Founded in 2002, IACMR is a leading authority advancing knowledge and promoting research about organizational management in the Chinese context.
