On 20 July 2012, the Peking University – The Hong Kong Polytechnic University China Social Work Research Centre hosted a naming ceremony of its “Si Shan Yuan” (思善苑) on Peking University campus. The event was a recognition of the generous donation of 20 million RMB by ZeShan (HK) Foundation to support the Centre’s academic research and social work education and training.

The ceremony was officiated at by Founder of Si Yuan Foundation Dr Chen Tseng Tao, ZeShan (HK) Foundation Executive Chair Ms Chen Lok Yee, President of Peking University Prof. Zhou Qifeng, Vice President of Peking University Dr Li Yansong, Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations President Ir Prof. Johnny Fan, and PolyU Vice President (Institutional Advancement and Partnership) Prof. Angelina Yuen.
