About 200 leading personalities and celebrities in the city were attracted to the gala “"A Star of Renaissance" jointly organized by PolyU’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) and Hotel ICON on 23 October. They were gathered together to support a good cause: funding travelling scholarships for students at SHTM.

At the gala, guests were treated to exceptional Grand Cru wines, and gastronomic delights created by three-Michelin Star Chef Annie Feolde and her team. Renowned vocalist Elia Astornio and Italian pianist Stefano Rover were also present at the gala, bringing an unforgettable air of Italian flair to the evening.
