Prof. Kaye Chon, Dean and Chair Professor of PolyU’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management, was recently named one of “Top 10 Hoteliers of the Year” at the 9th China Hotel Starlight Awards, also known as the “Oscar Awards” of the China hospitality industry.

The award was given to Prof. Chon in recognition of his distinctive vision in creating an icon for the industry. That vision, unlike any other, led to the creation of a new education approach with Hotel ICON at the centre. Details>>
