On 20 March, a lecture theatre on PolyU campus was named after the late construction guru Mr Lam Chik-ho to pay tribute to his dedication to the promotion of education, infrastructure and medical development in Hong Kong. During the naming ceremony, PolyU President Prof. Timothy W. Tong expressed the University’s sincere appreciation to Dr Samuel Lam, son of Mr Lam Chik-ho, and the Lam family for their generous donation to PolyU and commitment to philanthropy.
