Educational research encounters various challenges, particularly when dealing with instructional design approaches. Numerous issues emerge when striving for robust research practices. In this talk, we delve into real-life examples of micro-level research to explore eight different challenges concerning problem definition, theory construction, measurement issues, literature reviews, absence of control groups, sampling methodologies, and handling non-significant results.
