GenAI in learning, teaching and assessment: Sharing from FS

“Enhancing teaching and learning experience with AI technology" is a project under Faculty of Science (FS) funded by UGC’s Fund for Innovative Technology-in-Education (FITE). The project coordinator Mr Leung will first share his experiences of providing AI training to students for project assignments among different pilot courses. After that, he will discuss modifications in rubrics and assessment design in response to the use of GenAI. It is anticipated that the sharing will be of interest to teachers across disciplines who aim to include AI training in their subject teaching; and will be useful to those subjects in which course project assignments are parts of the high-stake assessment tasks.
