1. Professional Experience

• Over 30 years of demonstrated aviation experience at executive and operational level in Airworthiness, Business Aviation, Consulting, Business Development, Corporate Planning, Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Hangar Design, Learning & Development, Technical Training, Quality Assurance & Management, Safety & Risk Management in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
• HKAR-183 Organisation Designation Approval for acting as a representative of the Director-General of Civil Aviation in examining, inspecting and testing aircraft for the purpose of issuing aircraft reports relating to the issue of Certificates of Airworthiness since 2014.
• Providing airworthiness, business aviation and management consulting services to Fortuna Jet Aviation Company Limited, Sir Elly Kadoorie & Sons Limited, Heliservices (HK) Limited, Hong Kong Express Airways Limited, Good Jet Management Limited, SF Express and various aircraft owners since 2012 in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
• Internal consultant to the CEO of HAECO Group; and key project team member for joint venture negotiation, feasibility study and set up projects in China, Hong Kong, South East Asia and the Middle East for aircraft maintenance, VIP aircraft completion, aircraft component design & manufacturing and aircraft engineering.Battle-proven experience and results in developing, achieving and managing the Quality, Safety & Risk Management Systems in AOC, CAMO, Part-21, Part-145, and Part-147 environments at corporate and operational level.
• Executive General Manager Quality (HAECO) - responsible for safety, quality & risk oversight of 20 companies and 25+ aviation authority approvals of the HAECO Group having HKD 5,000+ million annual turnover and 12,000+ staff. 
• Group Executive General Manager Line Maintenance (HAECO) - in charge of the line maintenance operations in the Hong Kong International Airport with 2,000+ staff, HKD1,000+ million annual turnover, 60+ airline customers and 300+ daily flights; and the global line stations of the HAECO Group.
• Manager Quality Assurance (Dragonair) – set up and management of the AOC and HKAR-145 Quality System for a fleet of 20+ A320 and A330 aircraft.
• Instrumental in the establishment of the Aircraft Discipline (2009) and Aircraft Division (2012) of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
• Pioneer in launching the CAD recognised Hong Kong Airworthiness Course in collaboration with the Cranfield University since 2013.Course Coordinator for 7 CAD recognised Hong Kong Airworthiness Courses since 2013.
• Course Coordinator for CAD recognised HKAR-183 Training Course in 2018.
