As a social entrepreneur, Mr Nick Zeng Jingqiang has brought about a major technological transformation to the senior care industry in China. In 2015, he founded Shenzhen People Strong High-tech Company, a social enterprise that has invented smart pillboxes, smart watches and other healthcare solutions for over 90,000 elderly people. The growing application of their innovations has helped reduce medication wastage amounting to RMB40 million annually. With such a promising prospect, the company has not only attracted million-dollar investments, but also got opportunities to cooperate with corporates like China Telecom. Mr Zeng’s remarkable achievements also saw him listed among the 30 Under 30 by Forbes China in 2019, as well as the Under 30s To Watch by Hurun China in 2020.
