It is my pleasure to support the OPAA Master Class Mentorship Programme, in which I was able to share my life experience with PolyU students. I always encourage my mentees to set clear personal goals and join professional bodies and associations to expand their network and exposure. I look forward to exchanges with both local and non-local students in the Programme.

I have joined the Mentorship Programme for a few years. My mentees have different needs, and I take various approaches to guide and support them. The exchange and topics covered are beyond their study and it is sometimes difficult for them to acquire relevant knowledge on their own. I am happy to have learnt more about the young generation through this process. The two-way exchange is the beauty of the Programme.

I bring new perspectives to and share life experiences with my student mentees, and help them prepare for their lifelong journeys. Some of them still keep close contact with me, even after graduation, and invite me to participate in their activities and be their referee.
