Outbound Activities

Before Departure

Current students who have obtained initial approval from the Global Engagement Office (GEO) to study at a non-local partner institution should submit an application [(Form AR41a) Application for Prior Agreement for Subject Selection at Exchange-out Institution] and seek prior approval from the programme offering Faculty/School/Department before departure.

If you would like to transfer credits for subjects not listed on this webpage, or if you have further questions about credit transfer, please seek advice from your programme offering Departments directly, providing subject details (e.g. subject syllabuses).

 

Upon Completion

Upon completing your outbound activities, you should submit your application for credit transfer via eStudent (Form AR41c).
