Biography
Xu Guotao joined CNERC in December 2024 as Research Associate. He received a BEng degree in 2011, and has over 13 years of work experience, of which with over 7 years of experience in project implementation. His research interest focuses on efficient use of high strength steel structures for sustainable infrastructure development in Hong Kong.
