A Digital Image Correlation System

A digital image correlation system

A digital image correlation system employs two high definition cameras to measure surface deformations of materials, components and members under loadings. Through an optical digital programming and real-time operation, the change of the strain field can be accurately measured. The system is also equipped with a large capacity hard disk, which allows 10 Hz frequency filming to record deformations and relative strain changes.
