Prof. Lam is currently Professor of Organisational Psychology at the University of Manchester. Prof. Lam’s research focuses on employee proactivity, leadership, and emotional labour. Her standing and impact are demonstrated by the quality of her published output (54% of articles in ABS journal list 4*), its volume (26 journal articles, three book chapters), and citation levels (nearly 3,000 citations). Her publications have appeared in top-tier journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Currently, she is serving as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (ABS 4) and the Journal of Business Research (ABS 3).
