On 29 November 2023, 19 participants including 7 students joined Technical Visit to DMP Greater Area Industrial Exhibition Expo at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center. The event was co-organized by Department of ISE and MILES Alumni Association. The event was provided by Paper Communication Exhibition Services and was provided to us free of charge.

A free cross-border coach was provided by Department of ISE. We departed at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University at 8:20 in the morning and arrived at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center at 09:30.

We have a group photo together before entering Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center.

There are 12 exhibition halls opened with different focus. The exhibition included mold and metalworking, plastic and packaging, sheet metal and laser, metal casting, robotics and automation, auto parts, Greater Bay Area industrial internet, printing intelligent equipment, advanced coating and film technology, nuclear technology application, hardware, innovative invention, intralogistics solution and process management

Paper Communication Exhibition Services had provided free lunch to all participants. We had a group photo with Paper Communication Exhibition Services president Mr. Eddie Leung.

We departed Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center at 16:15 and returned back to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Everyone was very pleased with the exhibition.
