Lets Talk on Air by KMP about the Faster Horse your Clients Wanted

This is an online event by KMP. If you don't know where to begin your KM journey, Henry Ford would be very familiar with your problem and, also, how to overcome it. The problem is, for most of the time, the inability of human beings to picture something which does not exist yet. And that is the nature of most KM projects.

Let's Talk on Air is not a seminar. It is a platform participants can join the conversation for collaboration.

About the Speaker

KF is a graduate of MSc KM back in 2012, and was one of the founders of KMP.

In his 1-1/2 years of experience working in a Hangzhou local company in China, he had kickstarted some KM projects in his company. Some of them were quite successful but some of them not. There were also some interesting dynamics he learned. In this event, he will share his story at start, and followed by discussions with the facilitators and audiences.

As a KM practitioner, KF has placed KM as focus in the job he did, both for companies and for clients. He is now working as a consultant, and at the same time developing actionable practice around KM, such as areas in content and technology. In most of his recent research, he is working towards the structure of knowledge, both visible knowledge content in knowledge repository, and in the area of culture.
