(1) Microsoft Enrolment for Education Solutions (EES)

Under the EES centrally coordinated by ITS, all full-time staff of PolyU have the right to use a bundle of commonly-used MS software on university-owned PCs.

• MS Windows Upgrades
• MS Office Pro Plus and Office for Mac
• MS Enterprise Server CAL (Academic License) including

1. Azure Information Protection P1, Azure Active Directory (MFA), Intune
2. System Center DPM Client Management License
3. System Center OpsMgr Client Management License
4. System Center Orchestrator Server
5. System SrvcMgr Client Management License
6. Windows Server CAL

(2) Additional Subscription Products under EES Campus Agreement
Departments can purchase MS products for non-perpetual, annual license by paying a flat rate for each of their Education Qualified users (EQUs) for faculty and staff under EES Campus Agreement. For easy reference, please quote the JUCC Tender No. 488 in the purchase order with SoftwareOne HK Limited.
