Archive Microsoft Teams course content

Aligning with LEARN@PolyU(理學網) course housekeeping schedule, all MS Teams course groups created on or before Semester 2 of Academic Year 2021/22 will be archived and removed from O365 student Connect Cloud on 30 January 2023.

Please refer to the procedures in the following user guide to save your course content and recordings on MS Teams before 30 January 2023.

Instructors can send a restoration request to IT Online ServiceDesk with the information of Course ID, teaching year and semester in case they need to restore course material (course content / recordings) after 30 January 2023.
