Zoom Chat Channels and session recordings retention period arrangement

To ensure the efficient use of digital resources, Zoom Chat Channels of Semester 1 and session recordings saved on Zoom and Class Collaborate Cloud on or before 22 December 2023 (Academic Year 2023/24 Semester 1 exam end day) will be removed from respective Cloud storage on 14 January 2024.

We strongly encourage Subject/ Class Instructors to download and save any necessary recordings to your personal devices or drives within the retention period. Please refer to the procedures in the following user guides to retain a copy of the session recordings saved on Zoom or Class Collaborate Ultra Cloud on or before 14 January 2024.
