CTVPN service will be retired on 31 January 2021

For students based in Mainland, please take note that the carrier-based secure VPN service deployed for use in the past semesters will be retired on coming Sunday 31 January 2021.

Please switch to ‘Cloud Express’ as soon as possible if you have not yet been using this service. Please refer to installation guide for download and installation procedure.

Please make sure you only start Cloud Express before accessing LEARN@PolyU platform from Mainland locations.

We have observed a number of students simultaneously started the CTVPN service while using Cloud Express service. Running multiple connection sessions create additional overhead on your local Internet bandwidth, leading to instability on connectivity.
