Biography

Dr Feng Zhichao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University since July 2022. Before joining PolyU, he was an Assistant Professor at The University of Science and Technology of China. Zhichao received his Ph.D. degree in Operations Management and M.S. degree in Statistics from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2020 and 2019, respectively. He earned his B.S. degree in Automation and B.S. degree in Economics from Tsinghua University in 2014. His research interests include revenue management and dynamic pricing, retail operations, queueing theory and its applications, and process analysis. His works have been published in Management Science and Production and Operations Management.
