Presentation Title
Explore infinite opportunities with Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI)
Abstract
The CSDI is a key initiative under the Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong. It provides a map-based digital infrastructure as a one-stop platform to open and share the Government's spatial data. In late 2022, the CSDI portal (https://portal.csdi.gov.hk/) and the first 3D Visualisation Map dataset were launched for public use. By allowing members of the public to search, view and download various kinds of spatial data from the portal, a wide range of possibilities for application development can be opened, digital economy boosted and quality of life improved.
