To enhance PolyU’s culture of and leading position in interdisciplinary research, the University has recently established the PAIR Young Fellowship for Research Assistant Professors. The fellowship selects outstanding PhD graduates from top academic institutions worldwide to be Research Assistant Professors at PolyU and to conduct interdisciplinary research in one or more of the Research Institutes or Research Centres under PAIR for a period of three years. A competitive remuneration package and an attractive startup grant will be provided to successful candidates. Young Fellows who have demonstrated excellent performance during the three-year fellowship period will be considered for tenure-track academic staff positions at PolyU.
