Dr Chan obtained his Doctoral degree (Doctor of Hotel and Tourism Management) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with his research focus on social responsibility and consumer behaviour. Prior to joining SHTM, he has worked in the Hong Kong hotel industry for over 8 years. With his extensive experience in sales & marketing and customer service which he gained at the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong and the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, he is now committed to share his knowledge and experience to the new generation of the industry.
