Book Travel Health Clinic appointment by phone at 2766 5433 or in person

(online booking is not applicable)
Exchange Study  Book doctor’s appointment by phone at 2766 5433 or in person
(online booking is not applicable)
Children Immunization By phone 2766 5433, our nurse will call you back for further arrangement
(online booking is not applicable)
For others  Book doctor's appointment, by online booking, in person or by phone 2766 5433

 

Certain vaccines require pre-ordering, and advance booking is required. Please contact our staff for further details and arrangement.

 

 

PolyU full time students and staff are eligible for our services.
One-month service grace period will be given to students upon confirmation of their eligibility for graduation.
